Pricing: We try to keep our prices accurate, but occasionally, gremlins sneak into our system. If you spot a price that seems off (like a chocolate bar is £250) let us know, and we’ll check it out.
Shipping and Delivery
We know you’re excited to get your sweet treats, and we’ll do our best to deliver them as fast as possible. However:
Temperature Control: We can’t control the weather (or the couriers snack breaks), so if your chocolates arrive a bit melty, think of it as pre-melted fondue!
Delivery Timing: Delivery times are estimates. Sometimes things get delayed but we’ll keep you updated.
Returns and Refunds
Not satisfied with your order? We want to make it right!
Eligibility: Unopened and untampered items are usually eligible for return, but check our specific return policy for details. Sorry, we can’t take back half-eaten candy (no matter how good it was).
Process: Follow the instructions in our return policy.
Refunds: If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund as quickly as a sugar rush.
