Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team jumps into action! We aim to process and pack your order within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
We offer standard shipping with delivery in 2-4 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. If you're not home, you can choose a safe place for delivery. However, we are not responsible for any issues with deliveries left in your chosen location.
Next Day Delivery
We offer Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 12 PM (noon) on the previous business day. Orders placed after this cut off will be processed the next working day and delivered the following day. For guaranteed Next Day Delivery, please check your address eligibility at checkout.
Next Day Delivery applies to eligible UK addresses and excludes weekends and bank holidays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen courier delays may occasionally occur.
Shipping Rates UK
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We aim to keep our rates fair and transparent. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, with bulk orders sent through UPS.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped at the buyer's risk. We are not responsible for lost or delayed items due to foreign postal services. Weight restrictions apply. All orders are sent via tracked Royal Mail or UPS. If duties are due, this remains the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please understand that shipping times can occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, inclement weather, or holiday rushes.
Lost packages
If your package hasn’t arrived and you haven’t received a collection card, check with your local sorting office for any undelivered items. Undelivered parcels are eventually returned to us, so we will only investigate if a delivery remains missing for 21 Royal Mail working days (Monday-Saturday).
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
